Dresden is a journalist working in an important newspaper, but suddenly she receives a phone call to let her know the dangerous villain Doctor Nemesis is planning to take over the world again, so Dresden reveals her secret identity: Ultragirl, is the only one who can save the world. Ultragirl flies over the city until she finds Dr Nemesis and both start a fight but the villain manages to remove Ultragirl’s power belt, without it she is only a normal woman and she is easily overpowered. Dr Nemesis ties her up to a chair, hands behind her back, body and legs. For Ultragirl, who is so proud of being the most powerful woman in the universe, it is very humiliating to be tied up and helpless, and to make it even worse she gets tape gagged! Ultragirl struggles, with her power belt she is able to smash concrete walls with her bare hands and destroy chains made of metal without even make any effort, but without her belt she can’t escape from normal cottom ropes, or scream with her gag on….
