SuperTilly is invited to pose for a series of photos in her home to accompany a city newspaper article and she graciously accepts. She’s never heard of the photographer before but then again, that’s not her world. She believes him when he sways he’s been knocking about for a while, shooting pictures of celebrities and traveling the world in his early career as a photojournalist. She’s happy to make small talk while she poses. He doesn’t have to direct her much, she’s done this plenty of times before, but nonetheless he gives her a couple of pointers. When he asks her if she’d pose tied up in rope for a few photos she’s hesitant, given that it sounds a little corny and super heroines are generally represented as being powerful and imposing, not bound and helpless, even if they do end bound by villains from time to time unfortunately. She doesn’t anticipate the suggestions and hesitates for a moment to answer him but when she sees that he’s an earnest fan and just wants to try out a twist on a theme – nothing salacious – she agrees to fetch some rope from the other room. She does a simple column tie around her ankles and dons a cleave gag. Then deftly clicks on a pair of handcuffs behind her back and starts posing once more….
