Siofra is a sprite, a devious and cunning little creature that loves to play tricks on unsuspecting superheroines! She’s recently become obsessed with Batgirl, so she goes to the hero’s home to try and befriend her.

He strips batgirl down and then chains her up. He lifts and carries her off to the bed! He positions her suit all around her, and leaves her to struggle for a while. When he returns, it’s just to taunt and torment her while she “mMMmMFs” from behind her gag.
